I got the privilege of holding this sweet girl on the 4th of July!!! Paul and Rose were completely smitten with baby Christa. Every shot I took reminded me of my own newborn baby bliss. I remember staring at my little girl for hours amazed that she was actually mine!
Not only did they handle Christa with grace,Paul and Rose communicated tenderly with one another. I got to talk to them separately while planning the logistics of the session and they talked highly of one another. During their session and the small breaks in between, I'd catch them staring at one another! They were just so genuine and I really hope to have captured that.
To add to the sweetness, both of their parents were in town and got to jump in for some camera time. they just wanted to hold that baby ;) and I don't blame them!
All in all, love all around. See for yourself...
Got to spend yesterday afternoon with the Harrison family!
Welcome baby Nora. Eisley loves being a big sister. Emily and Eric are handling parenthood with ease. They have a gorgeous and photogenic pup named Kai but, you'll have to wait a bit to see more...
With exhausted fingers I type this but, I HAVE to share.
Amber and Louis welcomed Cadence last night at 10:38pm. While, Lady Gaga was making an appearance through the roof of superbowl, Amber was doing something way more incredible.
Amber birthed Cadence natural without the aid of an epidural.
She's powerful. The whole experience was...powerful.
And Cadence? She's perfect.
Here's to my first birth photography experience.
More to come soon.
Just a lover of moments so I capture them. Taking time to enjoy the details, eat good food and fall in love with knowledge.
